Product Introduction:

Chenguang 600 flexible polymer cement waterproof coating is an organic liquid material formulated with high-quality water-based acrylic emulsion, various additives, and inorganic powder materials prepared with special cement and various fillers in a certain scientific proportion to form a dual-component water-based waterproof coating. When brushed on the substrate surface and cured, it forms a flexible and high-strength waterproof film.

Product Uses:

Suitable for waterproofing and moisture-proofing in kitchens, bathrooms, balconies, floor surfaces, basements, and pools.

Construction Method:

1.Clean and sweep the base layer.

2.Level the foundation.

3.Handle the root of the pipe and the area where water and electricity are being renovated.

4.Mix the waterproof coating evenly.

5.Brush three times.

6.Perform a water containment test.

7.Check the waterproof effect after 24 hours.

Construction Process:

1.Base treatment: The base surface should be flat, solid, clean, free of sharp angles, oil stains, clear water, and cracks.

2.Slurry preparation: Mix component A and component B, and then slowly add the powder according to the ratio while stirring with a mixer (1:1.8). Stir with an electric mixer for 3-5 minutes until a lump-free, uniform paste is formed. Water can be added as required during stirring to adjust the viscosity for brushing.

3.Detail handling: Fill the grooves as per design requirements with sealing materials, and pre-process the obtuse corners or root areas of pipes into arcs or blunt angles, cover with mesh cloth, and apply multiple layers of waterproof coating.

4.Large-scale brushing: Ensure that the base layer is moist but without visible water. Use a brush to apply the waterproof coating to the prepared substrate. Depending on the usage environment requirements, generally apply two to three coats. After each coat dries (with an interval of at least 6-8 hours), proceed to the next step. The direction of the next coat should be perpendicular (90°) to the previous coat to achieve complete coverage. For waterproofing and moisture-proofing, 2-3 coats are needed. Construction conditions: 5°C-35°C, air relative humidity ≤85%. Avoid construction in rainy, hot, or freezing conditions. It can be brushed or rolled (no need for screeding, tiles can be directly applied).

5.Water containment test: After the film is completely dry (approximately 72 hours), block the drain and fill with water to a depth of no less than 20mm. The water should be contained for 24 hours without significant reduction.

Note:

The construction base should be flat, sufficiently moist, free of oil stains, clear water, and cracks. The prepared slurry should be used within 2 hours. Unused liquid materials should be sealed and stored. Do not add water to mixed slurry. Cross-brushing is recommended during construction.
