Product Introduction:

Chenguang 800 high-efficiency elastic acrylic waterproof coating is a single-component water-based high-molecular waterproof film coating made from high-quality modified acrylic ester copolymer emulsion as the base material, with various additives and fillers processed in scientific proportions. The coating has the characteristics of low-temperature resistance and high elongation.

Product Uses:

Pre-treatment of indoor and outdoor concrete, cement plaster, brick wall corners, and pipeline surroundings, as well as waterproofing and moisture-proofing for non-long-term immersion areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, floor surfaces, balconies, and non-leaking roofs.

Construction Method:

1.Clean and sweep the base layer.

2.Level the foundation.

3.Handle the root of the pipe and the area where water and electricity are being renovated.

4.Mix the waterproof coating evenly.

5.Brush three times.

6.Perform a water containment test.

7.Check the waterproof effect after 24 hours.

Construction Process:

1.Base treatment: The base surface should be flat, solid, clean, free of sharp angles, oil stains, clear water, and cracks.

2.Detail handling: Fill the grooves as per design requirements with sealing materials, and pre-process the obtuse corners or root areas of pipes into arcs or blunt angles, cover with mesh cloth, and apply multiple layers of waterproof coating.

3.Large-scale brushing: A single-component liquid material can be directly brushed. Ensure that the base layer is dry. Apply the waterproof coating to the prepared substrate using a brush. Depending on the usage environment requirements, generally apply two to three coats. After each coat dries (with an interval of at least 24 hours), proceed to the next step. The direction of the next coat should be perpendicular (90°) to the previous coat to achieve complete coverage. For waterproofing and moisture-proofing, 2-3 coats are needed. Construction conditions: 5°C-35°C, air relative humidity ≤85%. Avoid construction in rainy, hot, or freezing conditions. It can be brushed or rolled (screeding is required before tiling).

4.Water containment test: After the film is completely dry (approximately 48 hours), block the drain and fill with water to a depth of no less than 20mm. The water should be contained for 24 hours without significant reduction.

Note:

The construction base should be flat, sufficiently moist, free of oil stains, clear water, and cracks. The prepared slurry should be used within 2 hours. Unused liquid materials should be sealed and stored. Do not add water to mixed slurry. Cross-brushing is recommended during construction.
