Application Scope:

Suitable for both interior and exterior walls of medium to high-end residential buildings, villas, commercial office buildings, star-rated hotels, office buildings, schools, etc.

Construction Process:

1.Base surface treatment: Remove dirt, floating dust, and unevenness on the surface to be painted using Chenguang Exterior Wall Special Putty CHG-H12.

2.Sealing primer: Apply Chenguang Stone Paint matching special primer.

3.Jointing: Measure, mark lines, and apply decorative paper according to the design requirements.

4.Middle coating: Use a dedicated stone paint spray gun and spray 1-2 layers of Chenguang Super Weather-resistant Stone Paint main material.

5.Jointing: Remove the decorative paper and smooth out sharp angles.

6.Topcoat: Apply Chenguang Stone Paint matching special topcoat.

Precautions:

1.When the pH value of the wall is >10, clean it with hydrochloric acid or oxalic acid water, then rinse with clean water until the pH value of the wall is <10. Only proceed to the next construction process after the wall is dry.

2.Stir well before use. Generally, it does not need to be diluted with water. However, if necessary, adjust the viscosity to suit different painting methods or decorative effects according to the on-site temperature and humidity by adding a small amount of water.

3.This product is a water-based coating and should avoid organic solvent contamination.

4.Construction should not be carried out during rainy or windy weather. Wet walls should be allowed to dry before construction.

5.Pay attention to necessary labor protection measures during construction.

6.When batch coating with this product, try to use large-sized stainless steel trowels to achieve a one-time even application. If repairs are made after the main coat is dry, there may be color differences between the repaired part and the original surface.

7.This product may have color variations. It is recommended to order sufficient quantity at once or perform construction with different batches on different walls.
