Construction Process:

1.Substrate preparation: Remove dirt, floating dust, unevenness on the surface to be coated, and use Chenguang Exterior Special Putty CHG-H12.

2.Sealing primer: Apply Chenguang matching special primer for stone paint.

3.Jointing: Measure, mark, and paste decorative paper according to the design requirements.

4.Intermediate coating: Use a special stone paint spray gun to apply 1-2 layers of Chenguang Elastic Stone Paint base material.

5.Jointing: Remove decorative paper and scrape off sharp corners.

6.Top coating: Apply Chenguang matching special topcoat for stone paint.

Precautions:

1.When the pH of the wall is greater than 10, wash with hydrochloric acid or oxalic acid water, then rinse with clean water until the pH of the wall is less than 10 before proceeding to the next construction process after the wall is dry.

2.Stir well before use. Generally, no dilution with water is needed. However, if necessary, adjust the viscosity to suit different coating methods or decorative effects according to the on-site temperature and humidity by adding a small amount of water.

3.This product is water-based paint and should avoid organic solvent contamination.

4.Construction should not be carried out during rainy or windy weather. Wetted wall surfaces should be allowed to dry before construction.

5.Pay attention to necessary labor protection during construction.

6.When batch coating, it is recommended to use large-sized stainless steel trowels to shape it at once. If repairs are made after the main coating is dry, there may be color differences between the repaired part and the original surface.

7.There may be color differences in this product. It is recommended to order sufficient quantity at one time or carry out construction with different batches on different wall surfaces.
